David Denman

Denman was hired by the City Council on January 2nd, 2018, and serves as the City Administrator. He has over 12 years experience in City Government, and has obtained extensive knowledge of municipal and management duties.

Denman holds a Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, Public Management certification from Texas Tech, Leadership, Coaching, and other various certifications.
